L-Gam, a long-term investment firm, completed the acquisition of a 40% stake in Ancorotti Cosmetics, a global manufacturer of mascara and other color cosmetics, from White Bridge Investments, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The new partnership targets a greater presence in international markets, a broader product offering for customers, and value-added acquisitions to complement Ancorotti’s existing operations.
