One Equity Partners-backed BRUSH Group, an independent provider of equipment, services and solutions for electrical power generation and distribution, completed the acquisition of Aprenda, an electrical apparatus engineer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re thrilled to have completed the acquisition of Aprenda with the support of OEP.
