Bagger-Sørensen, an investment company, agreed to acquire Grene Wind Industry Supplies, a supplier of equipment and services for the wind turbine industry, from Kramp Groep, a solid and reliable supplier for a large number of businesses throughout Europe. Financial terms were not disclosed.
