Ventas completed the acquisition of New Senior Investment Group for $3.8bn.

Ventas, a real estate investment trust specializing in the ownership and management of health care facilities, completed the acquisition of New Senior Investment Group, a publicly traded real estate investment trust with a diversified portfolio of senior housing properties, for $3.8bn.
