Stone Point Capital completed the acquisition of Verisys and Aperture Health from Spectrum Equity Investors and Cressey.

Stone Point Capital, a private equity company, completed the acquisition of Verisys, a provider of health care credentialing services, and Aperture Health, a provider of credentials verification services for healthcare organizations, from Spectrum Equity Investors and Cressey. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The merger of Aperture and Verisys simply makes sense. Our technologies and services perform similar work in different markets. Combining helps us serve many of the major players in the healthcare industry, including hospital systems, health plans, retail pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies, telehealth providers, and state Medicaid agencies," John Benson, Verisys CEO.
