VTB Capital to acquire 11.2% stake in Binnopharm Group from AFK Sistema for $96m.

VTB Capital, an investment bank, agreed to acquire 11.2% stake in Binnopharm Group, a pharmaceutical holding company, from AFK Sistema, a conglomerate company, for $96m. "Binnopharm Group, in particular, and the pharmaceutical sector are investment attractive assets," VTB Capital representative.
