Swander Pace Capital Partners completed the investment in T-Bev.

Swander Pace Capital Partners, a private equity firm specializing in consumer product companies, completed the investment in T-Bev, a manufacturer and distributor of tea extracts, instant tea, natural and organic caffeine and other botanical extracts. Financial terms were not disclosed.
