Angeles Equity Partners completed the acquisition of Xanitos.

Angeles Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Xanitos, a provider of environmental services to hospitals. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition aligns well with Angeles’ broader efforts in the value-added facilities maintenance sector.
