Tekni-Plex completed the acquisition of Grupo Phoenix.

Tekni-Plex, a globally-integrated company focused on developing and manufacturing products for a wide variety of end markets, including medical, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, personal care, household and industrial, completed the acquisition of Grupo Phoenix, a packaging company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Grupo Phoenix adds a broad suite of capabilities to our Consumer Products business. The acquisition enhances our ability to keep food fresher and longer with sustainable packaging solutions.
