Torrent Power completed the acquisition of LREHL Renewables India SPV 1 from Lightsource bp for $43m.

Torrent Power, an Indian energy and power company, completed the acquisition of LREHL Renewables India SPV 1, a solar power plant, from Lightsource bp, a solar energy projects manager, for $43m. The SPV operates a 50 MW solar power plant, commissioned in April 2018, situated in the state of Maharashtra.
