Center Rock Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Power Plant Services, a provider of aftermarket turbine components and turnkey MRO services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “For decades, PPS has disrupted the market with its fast lead times, raw material, and parts inventory.
