Tespo Vitamins completed the merger with Baritastic and Valeda Rx.

Tespo Vitamins, a company that manufactures a liquid vitamin dispenser, completed the merger with Baritastic, a software platform for clinics and hospitals to manage their patients, improve engagement, drive compliance, and get patients to surgery quicker, and Valeda Rx, an independent specialty pharmacy. Financial terms were not disclosed. At launch, Perigon Health 360 will employ more than 50 people, from the healthcare, pharmacy, and software as a service (SaaS) industries. Its employees will be situated throughout the US, with primary locations in Detroit, Pittsburgh and Orlando. The company expects to hire an additional 25 software engineers, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and nurses over the next year to help support its growth.
