United Beverages completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in Distribev from Grupa Żywiec.

United Beverages, a producer, distributor and importer of wines and spirits, completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in Distribev, a large distributor of alcoholic beverages in Poland, from Grupa Żywiec, a Poland-based brewing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. This will further strengthen the United Beverages Group’s position as one of the largest importers and distributors of alcoholic beverages in Poland.
