DUBAG completed the acquisition of Cards Solutions division from Liveo Research.

DUBAG, a private equity firm for enterprises in special situations, completed the acquisition of Cards Solutions division, a supplier of PVC materials, from Liveo Research, a global producer of rigid films, built on decades of experience. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are continuing to pursue our strategy of growing in the Pharmaceutical and Specialty Packaging business. We are investing heavily not only in our employees but new production facilities, innovations and sustainable product solutions. With this in mind, we are also building new production sites around the world with the overall goal of providing the best possible service and support to our customers. The sale of the Cards Solutions division is an important milestone for us.
