DUBAG, a private equity firm for enterprises in special situations, completed the acquisition of Cards Solutions division, a supplier of PVC materials, from Liveo Research, a global producer of rigid films, built on decades of experience. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are continuing to pursue our strategy of growing in the Pharmaceutical and Specialty Packaging business.
