Genstar Capital completed the acquisition of Marcone.

Genstar Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Marcone, a distributor of residential appliance repair parts. Financial terms were not disclosed. Marcone is the distributor of OEM branded residential appliance repair parts. Marcone has distribution agreements with all the leading OEMs and a multi-channel sales strategy across service providers, extended warranty providers, internet/DIY users and property managers. Marcone’s availability model includes a long tail of 75k+ SKUs used by 20k+ service providers who service ~15m homes annually.
