Mutares completed the acquisition of Permasteelisa España from Permasteelisa Group.

Mutares, a German-based holding company, completed the acquisition of Permasteelisa España, a Spanish subsidiary of Permasteelisa Group, a global contractor in the design, engineering, project management, manufacture and installation. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With its expertise in the manufacture and installation of building facades, it perfectly complements the product portfolio of the Donges Group. With this add-on, the Donges Group grows to total revenues of approx. EUR 500m and strengthens its presence on the European market," Mutares.
