Thoma Bravo-backed Barracuda Networks, a provider of security, networking and storage products, completed the acquisition of SKOUT Cybersecurity, a provider of cybersecurity services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The addition of SKOUT enables Barracuda's MSP partners to deploy security solutions across their environments, connecting their data feeds into a unified, 24x7 operation for swift analysis and response," Brian Babineau, Barracuda Senior Vice President and General Manager.
