Pritzker-backed ProAmpac completed the acquisition of Ultimate Packaging.

Pritzker-backed ProAmpac, a global flexible packaging company, completed the acquisition of Ultimate Packaging, an independently owned flexible packaging manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Ultimate Packaging’s innovative team and high-quality flexible packaging portfolio are exciting complements to ProAmpac’s growing family.
