VEKA completed the acquisition of Vinylit Fassaden from Quartum Kapital.

VEKA, a provider of the plastic profile systems developed for windows and doors, completed the acquisition of Vinylit Fassaden, a rapidly growing manufacturer of extruded and coated PVC façade profiles for residential buildings as well as mobile homes, from Quartum Kapital. Financial terms were not disclosed. „VEKA is the right partner for us, with whom we want to continue the growth course of recent years. We are firmly convinced that we can jointly expand our strong position in our core markets in the coming years," Reinhard Schröder, Vinylit Fassaden Managing Director.
