VEKA, a provider of the plastic profile systems developed for windows and doors, completed the acquisition of Vinylit Fassaden, a rapidly growing manufacturer of extruded and coated PVC façade profiles for residential buildings as well as mobile homes, from Quartum Kapital. Financial terms were not disclosed. „VEKA is the right partner for us, with whom we want to continue the growth course of recent years.
