Trinova Real Estate and Europi Property Group-backed CityBee completed the acquisition of Windmill Green from Fore Partnership.

CityBee , a joint venture between Trinova Real Estate, a UK-based and European investor, and Europi Property Group, a pan-European real estate investment company, completed the acquisition of Windmill Green, an office building, from Fore Partnership, a purpose-driven property investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our focus is central business district offices in the top six cities outside of London. A core focus is on ESG and great transport links and we will buy standing stock or refurbishment opportunities to bring the building to best in class standard. CityBee will bring uniformity of branding and operation across the portfolio for existing and future assets.
