CityBee , a joint venture between Trinova Real Estate, a UK-based and European investor, and Europi Property Group, a pan-European real estate investment company, completed the acquisition of Windmill Green, an office building, from Fore Partnership, a purpose-driven property investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our focus is central business district offices in the top six cities outside of London.
