Mullen Group completed the acquisition of R.S. Harris Transport.

Mullen Group, a logistics provider, completed the acquisition of R.S. Harris Transport, a provider of open deck transportation. Financial terms were not disclosed. Harris has an established name in the Canadian trucking industry with a solid reputation for customer service as well as being a formidable competitor.
