iAM Capital to acquire a 4.5 MWp Italian solar PV portfolio.

iAM Capital, an innovative global investment company, agreed to acquire a 4.5 MWp Italian solar PV portfolio. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Just over two years ago we successfully exited our first 34MW Italian Solar PV portfolio, which we sold to EF Solare, the Italian market leader. We are now looking to acquire a similar portfolio, and this is the first acquisition that meet our exacting criteria in our goal to establish a 40MWportfolio for iAM Capital, in co-operation with Bhn and Prothea," Emanuel Arbib, iAM Capital CEO.
