Alchimia to acquire a minority stake in DUDE:Originals.

Alchimia, a holding company, agreed to acquire a minority stake in DUDE:Originals, a firm that designs and produces short, medium and long films, TV series and documentaries. Financial terms were not disclosed. The recent investment from Alchimia supports DUDE :Originals’ implementation of a medium to long-term growth plan, which will focus on the production and realisation of unbranded and branded content and brand stories.
