Sagard completed the acquisition of Ginger from EMZ Partners, Siparex and BNP Paribas.

Sagard, a French investment fund, completed the acquisition of Ginger, a private engineering group specializing in prescription, from EMZ Partners, a private equity firm, Siparex, a private equity investment group, and BNP Paribas, a French international banking group. Financial terms are not disclosed. The acquisition of Ginger by Sagard would allow the management team, which would remain a significant shareholder of the group, to benefit from financial and human support in order to pursue its development in France and internationally, both through organic and external growth.
