Laboratorios Ordesa to acquire Laboratorios Sodeinn.

Laboratorios Ordesa, a provider of baby care products, agreed to acquire Laboratorios Sodeinn, a producer of pharmaceutical products based in Madrid, Spain. Financial terms were not disclosed. Sodeinn is a Spanish pharmaceutical laboratory that specialises in creating food supplements for healthcare in the ear, nose, throat and vascular area which contribute to improving people's quality of life. All of its products are of natural origin, developed under the strictest quality and safety standards, and have proven therapeutic efficacy.
