Cerberus-backed Electrical Components International completed the acquisition of Promark Electronics.

Electrical Components International, a Cerberus-backed wire harness, electrical components, and sub-assembly suppliers, completed the acquisition of Promark Electronics, a state-of-the-art electronics manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to partner with Promark Electronics and establish ECI as the high-voltage harness supplier of choice in high-value, high-growth markets.
