Naxicap Partners completed the acquisition of SFP Expansion.

Naxicap Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of SFP Expansion, a provider of online training and skill development services for healthcare professionals. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In two years, SFP Expansion, which carried out €8m turnover, more than doubled in size thanks to the takeover of Global Media Santé this fall and to strong organic growth dynamics. The group is expected to reach more than €20m in revenue with the acquisition of Oseus, which offers significant commercial and technical synergies for SFP Expansion," Charles-Antoine Eliard, Capital Export Partner.
