Röko, an investment company, completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in Golf Experten, a retailer of golf equipment, apparel and clothing. Kim Johansen, Golf Experten founder, together with Kim Jacobsen and Michael Christiansen, will retain 20% of the shares. Financial terms were not disclosed. Golf Experten operates with a strong omnichannel-approach, which ensures that customers can get what they want, when they want it.
