Röko, an investment company, completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in Golf Experten, a retailer of golf equipment, apparel and clothing. Kim Johansen, Golf Experten founder, together with Kim Jacobsen and Michael Christiansen, will retain 20% of the shares. Financial terms were not disclosed.
