PHOENIX Group to acquire the European businesses of McKesson.

PHOENIX Group, an integrated healthcare provider, agreed to acquire the European businesses of McKesson, a provider of healthcare supply chain management solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Today’s transaction marks an important step in advancing McKesson’s commitment to streamline the business and prioritize investments in the areas where we have deep expertise and are central to our long-term growth strategy," Brian Tyler, McKesson CEO.
