Sime Darby to acquire Salmon Earthmoving for A$104m.

Sime Darby, a Malaysian trading conglomerate, agreed to acquire Salmon Earthmoving, a provider of rental and maintenance services in Australia servicing the civil construction, agricultural and mining sectors, for A$104m. "Salmon Australia provides diversification to Sime Darby’s industrial rental equipment offerings in the civil construction and mining sectors," Sime Darby Dean Mehmet Industrial Managing Director.
