Monte Nido, an established and premier eating disorder treatment provider, completed the acquisition of Walden Behavioral Care, a provider of multilevel treatment services, from Seacoast Capital, a private investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "A recent survey in International Journal of Eating Disorders found 62% of people in the U.S. with anorexia nervosa experienced a worsening of symptoms as the pandemic hit.
