Kinderhook Industries-backed Chemtron and KilnDirect to merge with Circon Environmental.

Kinderhook Industries-backed Chemtron, a provider of hazardous waste collection and treatment services, and KilnDirect, a provider of recycles non-hazardous waste, agreed to merge with Circon Environmental, a provider of petrochemical waste management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to combine three successful companies to create an ESG focused environmental solutions platform. We believe the lack of a pure-play sustainability-focused provider of scale in the market creates an unique opportunity for the combined company and we look forward to building this consolidated platform with our management team,” Rob Michalik, Kinderhook Managing Director.
