Kinderhook Industries-backed Chemtron, a provider of hazardous waste collection and treatment services, and KilnDirect, a provider of recycles non-hazardous waste, agreed to merge with Circon Environmental, a provider of petrochemical waste management services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to combine three successful companies to create an ESG focused environmental solutions platform.
