EQT Partners-backed WS Audiology completed the acquisition of Auralcare.

EQT Partners-backed WS Audiology, a manufacturer of hearing aids, completed the acquisition of Auralcare, a retail chain with 110 locations under the My Hearing Centers brand. Financial terms were not disclosed. “My Hearing Centers is a strong brand that complements the HearUSA retail business of WSA. The management team has shown great skill in growing the chain and we look forward to working closely together,” Craig Cameron, WSA HearUSA retail unit CEO.
