AEA Investors completed the acquisition of Polygon from Triton.

AEA Investors, a private investment vehicle for a select group of industrial family offices with substantial assets, completed the acquisition of Polygon, a property damage restoration company, from Triton Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Polygon represents an exciting opportunity to partner with a leading property damage control player with unique service capabilities, reach and scale.
