Upon the completion of capital increase, B3 will hold a minority interest of 37.5% in TFS capital stock, and its parent TOTVS will remain the controlling shareholder. "With independent and renewed management, a net cash position of R$650 million, total autonomy and focus on the effervescent segment of B2B technologies forthe financial market, TFS, with the support of two relevant players - TOTVS and B3, intends to be the main player offering B2B technology solutions for the financial sector.
