Magic Carpet Group completed the acquisition of Bengt-Martins from Resia.

Magic Carpet Group, a tour operator, completed the acquisition of Bengt-Martins, a mountain tour operator, from Resia, a tourism services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very happy that this deal has gone awry and look forward to being part of building a Bengt-Martins that is even stronger than before.
