OceanSound Partners-backed Netrix to acquire the managed IT services business unit of Contegix.

OceanSound Partners-backed Netrix, a provider of managed and professional IT services, agreed to acquire the managed IT services business unit of Contegix, a provider of cloud, application lifecycle management, and managed services.
