Octium Group, a firm operating in the finance and insurance sector, completed the acquisition of Credit Suisse Life & Pensions, a Credit Suisse subsidiary that focuses primarily on German and Italian insurance clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Credit Suisse Life & Pensions AG represents a further step towards the implementation of our growth strategy, positioning Octium as a leading provider in the life insurance market across the entire European Economic Area.
