Carsome to acquire Icar Asia from Catcha Group for $200m.

Carsome, an operator of an online car-selling platform, agreed to acquire Icar Asia from Catcha Group, an international internet group, for $200m. “This transaction is an important part of our growth strategy to build the entire automotive ecosystem in Southeast Asia and part of how we are transforming the industry through trust, transparency and technology,” Eric Cheng, Carsome CEO.
