BC Partners to invest in Valtech at a $1.4bn valuation.

BC Partners, an international investment firm, agreed to invest in Valtech, a business transformation agency, at a $1.4bn valuation. Verlinvest and new Valtech management will also reinvest into the company. "Our investment in Valtech is an opportunity to partner with a clear leader operating at the center of a high-growth, global, digital transformation market," Raymond Svider, BC Partners Chairman.
