Owens Corning completed the acquisition of vliepa.

Owens Corning, a global building and industrial materials firm, completed the acquisition of vliepa, which specializes in the coating, printing and finishing of nonwovens, paper and film for the building materials industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am very excited about our new opportunities with Owens Corning.
