Concord Resources completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in New Day Aluminum.

Concord Resources, a global resources company, completed the acquisition of a 90% stake in New Day Aluminum, a metal production company. DADA divested its stake as part of the deal. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very excited to have New Day Aluminum join the Concord family and see great value with New Day as a complementary evolution of Concord’s global alumina business,” Mark Hansen, Concord CEO.
