Think Research to acquire BioPharma for $44.6m.

Think Research, a company focused on transforming healthcare through digital health software solutions, agreed to acquire BioPharma, a full-service Contract Research Organization, for $44.6m. “BioPharma is extremely excited about the opportunity presented by this Transaction.
