Pinson Paysage completed the acquisition of Botanica from NextStage and Sofipaca.

Pinson Paysage, a services provider dedicated to landscaping, completed the acquisition of Botanica, a company specializing in maintenance, landscaping and irrigation of green spaces from NextStage, a financial services firm, and Sofipaca, a subsidiary of the Regional Banks of Crédit Agricole Alpes Provence and Provence Côte d'Azur. Financial terms were not disclosed.
