Abenex Capital completed the acquisition of Leader Assurances from LT Capital for £149m.

Abenex Capital, an investment management company, completed the acquisition of Leader Assurances, a life insurance broker firm, from LT Capital, a private equity firm, for £149m. “We were very happy to be able to support Groupe Leader Insurance and its founder since 2018. The company has grown exceptionally, and this adventure, alongside Yoann Chery, was also a great human story,” François-Xavier Deren, LT Capital Partner.
